The Living Collection

The plants in the living collection are organized into various themes and sub-collections. In The Botanical Garden, you will find, among others, the historical and modern rose garden, the Southern rose garden, the millennium garden, the monastery garden, the fern collection, the dahlia and peony collection, the conifer arboretum, the perennial collection, and various theme gardens.

The living collection is always open for visits.

The Herbarium—The "Dead" Collcetion

In addition to the living collection, we have the herbarium. The herbarium consists of pressed and dried plants.

The herbarium is not open for general visits, but we occasionally organize guided tours, especially in response to inquiries related to education or research
