About the department
The Department of Education educates students in the fields of education and special education, and we contribute with educational and special educational expertise in the teacher education and pre-school education programmes at the University of Agder.
The department has extensive community engagement through practical training programmes and the use of guest lecturers in our studies, in continuing education and professional development offerings, and through research and development projects.
