Additional information

Avoid computers with ChromeOS, Linux, and Windows SE, as these do not support all the necessary software you have access to as a student at UiA.

Update your browser to the latest version for safe and efficient internet use.

Tablets and other devices can be useful but do not support digital exams at UiA, which require a Windows PC or Mac.

Access problems? Check your username and password. Dedicate a browser for UiA studies if you have an external Microsoft account through school or work, or use a Private/Incognito window in your browser.

Computer managed by another organization? It is recommended that you use a private PC for full access to UiA's services and software, or contact your own IT department to bypass possible firewalls for installing our software.

Use a private email account to set up your private computer to separate school and private.
