If you have not yet created a password, you can send an email confirming that you want to give up your study place. Please ensure the following details are included in the email:
- First name
- Surname
- Student number
- End date
- Study programme
- Reason for leaving
- Withdrawal from exams
- Email address
The email should be sent to: post@uia.no
You must not submit a notification of withdrawal if you have received an offer of admission to a study programme during the summer and wish to leave before 1 September. In that case, please send an email to admission@uia.no.
If you have paid the semester fee before withdrawing, you can request a refund of the fee up until 15 February for the spring semester and 1 October for the autumn semester.
