Support and advice:
Cases can be taken up with:
- Lecturers, the Head of Department, or academic administration staff at your Faculty
- The representative from your study programme
- STA
- The student ombudsperson
The student representative can assist individual students in cases of this kind. The representative will get involved in the case at the point at which the student requests assistance. The student or the representative can approach STA for help if it is appropriate to take things to a higher level.
The University Director has created a separate set of guidelines for handling bullying/harassment and procedures for handling cases of unwanted sexual attention. Students can also make use of the students´ web-based based reporting system. The recipient will, in this case, be the University Director. The Academic Affairs Director will assess the report and possibly assign it to the leader responsible.
Your report will be handled confidentially. If you do not wish to report yourself, you can contact the representative of your study programme or STA, who then have the possibility to report the case on your behalf.
