Educated with a Master in Contemporary Literature from the University of Bergen, as well as a Post Graduate Diploma from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, England. Broad experience from art production - especially witin performing arts and literature. Leader for Fluks - Centre for Young Arts since 2014, working with core projects Trafo.no, Cultiva Ekspress and Platform Nord, as well as developing large scale junior projects. Stoveland was previously Project Ambassador for Nordic Culture Fund, and is today treasurer and in Board of Directors of Bjcem.org. She has also been chair of Norsk kulturskoleråd Agder, as well as leader for Stovelandsutvalget making the political priorities of Norsk Kulturskoleråd 2024-2028.
