To prove your current study status with us, you can order official documentation. Before you can receive these documents, it is important that you have paid the semester fee and registered for the semester through Studentweb. You can have the following documents issued:
Confirmation of student status
- Confirmation of study status
- Confirmation of paid semester fee and registration: This shows that you have paid the semester fee and are registered as a student this semester. You can easily order this through Studentweb.
- Confirmation of full-time study: This document confirms that you are taking at least 30 study credits this semester.
Transcript of record
You can obtain a printout of your grades directly from StudentWeb or the Diploma Portal. On StudentWeb, you can find this under the "Order" menu option, accessible via the three-line menu. For both services, you may log in with ID-porten, if you have a Norwegian ID-login.
Student ID app
The digital student ID app can be downloaded and used on your smartphone by logging in with your UiA account. The app serves as proof that you have paid the semester fee and are registered for the semester. This app replaces the previous physical semester card and is recommended for all students.

This document provides an overview of the subjects you have completed and your results, as well as the courses you are enrolled in. It also includes information about when your studies started and the expected end date, all presented in a clear list.
