Meeting Room Regulations A7 (KRS) and E2 (GRM)
If you want to reserve the meeting rooms in A7/E2, send an email to hjelp@uia.no and mark the email with "Reservation of meeting room A7/E2".
Student activities that have reserved meeting rooms in A7 (especially A7 001) and E2 must give way to other study administrative meeting activities, even on short notice and regardless of the time of booking. Student events outside of opening hours are not allowed.
Student associations/line associations book meeting rooms in A7 and E2 via email to hjelp@uia.no, and can only reserve rooms from 1600 hours. It is not possible to book the rooms from Friday at 1700 until Monday morning at 0700.
The rooms must be tidied after use, and serving or consuming alcohol in the premises is not allowed.
