Rules for using group study rooms:
- Group study rooms are dedicated to academic work for or with UiA students.
- The rooms must be used by at least 2 people. You need an UiA-account to reserve a group room.
- If a group study room remains unused 10 minutes after the reserved start time, the reservation is canceled, and the room is released for others.
- Reservations are limited to UiA's opening hours.
- Each student can reserve group study rooms for up to 3 hours per day, divided into a maximum of two reservations.
- Users must ensure that the room is tidy and in good condition after use.
- Oral examinations are given priority for reservations.
- Special rooms in buildings G, K, and I on campus Kristiansand and building C on campus Grimstad have their own rules.
