Group rooms

On this page, you can reserve group study rooms at the University of Agder (UiA) for study related purposes. The group study rooms are designed to support academic collaboration among UiA's students, and here you can easily book the room that meets your needs.

Rules for using group study rooms:

  • Group study rooms are dedicated to academic work for or with UiA students.
  • The rooms must be used by at least 2 people. You need an UiA-account to reserve a group room.
  • If a group study room remains unused 10 minutes after the reserved start time, the reservation is canceled, and the room is released for others.
  • Reservations are limited to UiA's opening hours.
  • Each student can reserve group study rooms for up to 3 hours per day, divided into a maximum of two reservations.
  • Users must ensure that the room is tidy and in good condition after use.
  • Oral examinations are given priority for reservations.
  • Special rooms in buildings G, K, and I on campus Kristiansand and building C on campus Grimstad have their own rules.
