How to prepare and approve your OLA
- Prepare your OLA after we have published the courses you get admitted to on Søknadsweb (by 1 June for Autumn semester and 1 November for Spring semester).
- You complete your OLA and sign it online.
- Your home university will automatically receive a notification by e-mail to sign your OLA once you have signed it.
- We (UiA) will automatically receive a notification by e-mail to sign your OLA once your home university has signed it.
- Once UiA has signed it, your OLA is complete.
- Download the Erasmus+ App to track your OLA and other useful information.
Details to fill in your OLA
Step 1: Student
- Academic year: Fill in current academic year.
Step 2: Sending institution
- Make sure the email address of your contact person is correct.
Step 3: Receiving institution
- Receiving institution name: UNIVERSITETET I AGDER (N KRISTIA01)
- Faculty/department: the faculty/department where you will attend most of your courses
- Contact person: Margrethe Aurora Seljenes, International Coordinator, int-office@uia.no
Step 4: Proposed Mobility Programme
- Table A: Study programme at the receiving institution: list the courses you will take at the host institution
- Course codes and course names at UiA: Courses for exchange students
- Norwegian language courses will be approved in the OLA, but a place in these courses depend on you signing up for these courses in time. Signing up is on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Table B: Recognition at the sending institution: list the courses at your home university that will be substituted

Step 6: Commitment
Make sure that you sign your OLA. It is only when you have signed it that the coordinator at your home university will be able to sign it. Your home university will then receive your OLA by email from the Erasmus Dashboard.
You must complete your Online Learning Agreement (OLA) after you have been accepted as a student at UiA and we have published the courses you have been admitted to your ApplicationWeb. All Erasmus+ exchange students coming to UiA must use OLA.
Processing time of your OLA

Please note that we do not sign Learning Agreements until after you have accepted the offer as an exchange student at UiA.
