Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student will:
- Have in-depth knowledge of processes within engineering projects.
- Understand the parties, roles, and responsibilities in typical implementation models.
- Be able to contribute to ensuring environmental requirements are met in engineering projects.
- Be able to explain central regulations.
- Be able to apply knowledge of behavior, communication, and outcomes in negotiations and contract management.
Teaching methods
Lectures, project simulations, and project assignments. Digital tools may be used for exercises. The course has an expected workload of around 200 hours.
Evaluation
The person responsible for the course decides, in cooperation with student representative, the form of student evaluation and whether the course is to have a midway or end of course evaluation in accordance with the quality system for education, chapter 4.1.
Assessment methods and criteria
- Group project assignment with shared grading counts for 45% of the total grade.
- Individual oral exam counts for 55% of the total grade.
