Course contents

The course begins with the initiation phase and stakeholder analysis, setting the stage for understanding the complex dynamics of project management. The course delves into the success criteria and the traits of successful managers, followed by exploring scoping and time planning. The curriculum further includes cost planning and project crashing, providing insights into the financial aspects of projects. A good part of the course is dedicated to procurement planning, emphasizing its crucial role in value chains. Contract management in supplier relations and buyer-supplier relationships are intricately studied to foster collaboration and efficiency.

The course is not just theoretical; it also has a practical dimension. Real-world cases are introduced and used throughout the course, providing students with hands-on experience. Students work in groups and use various tools and techniques for project planning, implementation, and follow-up, ensuring not just completion but success in the dynamic world of project management. This blend of theory and practice prepares students to excel in their future roles.
