Course contents

A four-week field course is developed and organised in collaboration with our partner universities in either Africa (Tanzania, Uganda), Asia (Indonesia, Sri Lanka) or Latin America (Bolivia). The overall objective of the field course is to give students an opportunity to link theoretical knowledge and insights gained from the introductory courses with local realities and practices. This is done through lectures, visits to relevant institutions, organisations and projects, and with interaction with local stakeholders and practical field exercises.
