Learning outcomes

The student:

Knowledge

  • has knowledge of general pathophysiology

  • has knowledge of different diseases, the pathological processes that underlie disease development, diagnosis and treatment

  • is familiar with traumatology

  • has knowledge of nutrition physiology

  • has knowledge of infectious agents, infection risk and infection prevention measures

  • has knowledge of microbiology, infection defense, antibiotic use and resistance development

Skills

  • is able to apply professional knowledge of pain, pain physiology and pain treatment

  • is able to apply knowledge of different drug groups and drug treatment

  • is able to apply medical terminology

Examination requirements

  • Passed multiple choice test.

  • Passed group assignment.
