Learning outcomes

After having completed the course students will:

  • have thorough knowledge on health promotion and rehabilitation related to chronic health failure in different phases of life

  • be able to analyse complex problems in a health promotion perspective and carry out knowledge-based interventions

  • be able to initiate and coordinate rehabilitation work using interaction and an active patient - /user role as starting point

  • be able to use health pedagogic tools

  • be able to contribute to re-thinking and take part in innovation processes related to chronic health failure

  • be able to assess ethical perspectives related to rehabilitation, health promotion, and interdisciplinary cooperation

Assessment methods and criteria

A graded three-day written individual home examination.
