Mobile education offers life-long learning anywhere at any time at any place.
Students learn how to enhance E-learning solutions by including meaningful components that take advantage of mobile technology. The course makes students aware of future opportunities that will be important to follow.
The United Nations Sustainable Development Goal #4 wants to ensure that all have access to free, equitable, and quality education. This course investigates how we can design mobile learning experiences, enabling others to develop their skills and knowledge. There will also be focus on how to keep up curiosity to drive life-long learning.

Examination requirements
Compulsory assignments must be approved in order to take the examination. Additional information will be given in Canvas at the beginning of the semester.
Teaching methods
Lectures, self-study, seminars, and exercises.
Estimated student workload: 125-140 hours.
Evaluation
The person responsible for the course decides, in cooperation with student representative, the form of student evaluation and whether the course is to have a midway or end of course evaluation in accordance with the quality system for education, chapter 4.1.

Admission Requirement if given as Single Standing Module
The admission requirements for the course are the same as for the master's programme in Multimedia and Educational Technology.
