Course contents
The course focuses on crucial factors for development, learning and performance in sports contexts. Both individual and interpersonal aspects, as well as conditions in the surroundings, will be central themes. The course deals primarily with young people in a development process, with an equal focus on participation, performance and personal development.

Examination requirements
Oral group presentation. Assessment to pass / fail
Teaching methods
Working methods are seminars and group work. Expected work volume is 405 hours (27 hours per credit).
Evaluation
The person responsible for the course decides, in consultation with the student representative, the method of evaluation and whether the course will have a midterm- or end of term evaluation, see also the Quality System, section 4.1.
Assessment methods and criteria
A 6 hours written individual exam. Grades A-F will be given.
