On successful completion of the course, the students will

possess wide-ranging knowledge about physiological elements significant to performance

be able to use various lab-based test methods to evaluate training status

possess wide-ranging knowledge about individual psychological processes in a performance perspective

possess wide-ranging knowledge about group dynamic processes in a performance perspective

be familiar with new ideas and innovation within sports performance
Examination requirements
Attendance requirements must be met.
Teaching methods
Work methods will vary between lectures, practical work, group- and individual work.
Compulsory attendance requirements in laboratory work (a minimum of 80% attendance).
Estimated student workload is 270 hours.
Evaluation
The person responsible for the course, in consultation with the student representative, decides the method of evaluation and whether the courses will have a midterm- or end of term evaluation, see also the Quality System, section 4.1. Assessment methods and criteria
A graded individual oral examination.
