demonstrates advanced knowledge of how organs and organ systems work in relation to each other and how pathophysiological processes and current diseases, surgery and injuries start, develop and treat

Examination requirements
Two portfolio assignment submissions by the assigned deadline (see the course booklet).
At least 80% class attendance.
Evaluation
The study programme manager, in consultation with the student representative, decides the method of evaluation and whether the courses will have a midterm- or end of term evaluation, see also the Quality System, section 4.1. Information about evaluation method for the course will be posted on Canvas.
Assessment methods and criteria
The examination consists of two parts:

A 4-hour individual school examination at the end of third semester (counts 60 % of the final grade).

Individual home assignment. Up to two supervisions can be given, one of which is mandatory. The assignment is delivered in the second semester (counts 40%).
Both examinations must be passed. One final grade is given.
