Learning outcomes
Upon successful completion of the course, students will:

be able to give an account of nursing to patients with acute and / or critical illness

be able to give an account of nursing to patients with chronic or recurrent, somatic diseases

be able to give an account of the characteristic features of nursing to children and young people

have knowledge about preoperative, perioperative, and postoperative nursing

have knowledge about pain, pain therapy, and the soothing of pain

have knowledge about nutrition in different diseases
-
have carried out current practical procedures
-
have knowledge about methods in prevention and health promotion work

have knowledge about rehabilitation

be able to reflect upon different methods in e-health, health care technology, and welfare technology

A graded 5-hour individual written examination.
