- storeies from professional practice as tools and learning strategies
- baby research and the child as subject
- the youngest children's culture and ethics
- the Kindergarten's space and everyday activities
- intersubjective theories and research

On successfully completion of the course, students

- have broad knowledge about the youngest children's culture and early childhood
- have knowledge about the kindergarten as context for children's every day life

Examination requirements

Completed portfolio, and received individual supervision.
Meet the attendance requirements. Practical training must be passed.

 

Evaluation

Course evaluation is conducted at midterm. A final evaluation is conducted as required.

Assessment methods and criteria

Two individual portfolio assignments will be given a graded assessment.
Each assignment counts 50% of the final grade. Graded assessment.
