This course focus on how to plan a tour or a recording. The course covers writing grant applications, budgeting and planning, and enable the student to handle the various phases of a project. We develop the creative processes in the project and collaborate with other students and external clients. Throughout the course the student develops and deliver a recording or tour plan at the end of the semester.
The lectures deal with the different components in a project plan, and the student receives individual supervision based on their project's needs.
Learning outcomes
After completing the course, the student should:

be able to create a budget, recording plan or tour plan for an executive project

Teaching methods
The teaching is provided as lectures and supervision in groups, or individually. The student has his or her own recording or touring project as the main work in the course.
Parts of the teaching are compulsory. These parts are presented in Canvas at the beginning of the semester.
Expected scope of work is 27 hours per. credits.
Evaluation
The person responsible for the course, in consultation with the student representative, decides the method of evaluation and whether the courses will have a midterm- or end of term evaluation, see also the Quality System, section 4.1. Information about evaluation method for the course will be posted on Canvas.

Individual oral exam. Duration: 10 minutes.
