Course contents
Organisation theory with focus on health organisations, health- and social politics, strategic use of IKS in the health- and social welfare sector, and implementation of IKS.
Learning outcomes
After having completed the course, the student will:

be able to actively influence work in the development and introduction of information knowledge system strategies in the health and social services sector

have thorough knowledge of organisation theory and be able to apply this knowledge to organisational change

understand various prerequisites for the introduction of information knowledge systems and how use of such systems can affect organisational conditions in the health and social services sector

be able to explain and defend health and socio-political goals and framework agreements connected to the development and use of information knowledge systems in the sector

be able to analyse the connection between the introduction of information knowledge systems and the organisation of work processes

have an understanding of involving users from all relevant stakeholders

Evaluation

Assessment methods and criteria
A 3- hour netbased individual at-home examination. Pass/Fail only.
