Learning outcomes
On successful completion of the course, the student should be able to:

Understand the subject's correlation to the other courses in the civil engineering program.

Know and be able to use the Planning and Building Act and other legal basis for implementation of construction projects.

Be able to explain and communicate project work practices and characteristics of this.

Understand and be able to explain the philosophy of project management through Lean Construction.

Know and be able to apply the tools of "Lean" planning and operation of facilities.
Teaching methods
Lectures, exercises and laboratory exercises.
