Learning outcomes

On successful completion of the course, the student should be able to:

  • Understand the subject's correlation to the other courses in the civil engineering program.

  • Know and be able to use the Planning and Building Act and other legal basis for implementation of construction projects.

  • Be able to explain and communicate project work practices and characteristics of this.

  • Understand and be able to explain the philosophy of project management through Lean Construction.

  • Know and be able to apply the tools of "Lean" planning and operation of facilities.

Lectures, exercises and laboratory exercises.
