Project description
Seven hospitals will serve as control hospitals and will follow the current routine, while five hospitals will change their control routine by replacing half of the doctor visits with nurse visits. The nurses will focus on symptoms of recurrence, motivation for lifestyle changes, and rehabilitation needs together with the patients. They will also introduce patients to the LETSGO app as additional support.
The project has received funding from the Norwegian Cancer Society and the South-Eastern Norway Regional Health Authority.
