At the University of Agder, we are interested in giving the public access to our art collection digitally. That's why we have published the art on Artsy.net.
Artsy.net aims to make all the world's art available to anyone with the internet. Artsy currently has around 250,000 works by 40,000 artists in its database. The artwork is linked to other works, artists, and eras through The Art Genome Project, which is the search engine at artsy.net.
