UiA’s strategy sets the goal to be recognised and have visibility regionally, nationally and internationally. Our identity as the 'co-creation university' is also anchored here.
It is reasonable to assume that well-known universities with a clear identity have advantages in recruitment of students and employees; allocation of funds for research, artistic development work and education; presence in the news media and connecting with strategic partners.
From national reputation surveys over the last few years, we know that UiA is well known and has a good reputation among people in our region. However, the national recognition rate is low compared to other universities in Norway.
Goal
UiA will be the university that annually improves the most in recognition and reputation in national reputation surveys.
UiA will have a clear identity as the 'co-creation university'.
UiA will have a unified and clear visual identity across our organisation and across our communication channels.
