During your exchange semester you will combine coursework with a customized practical internship experience connected to the sports performance development process and ongoing research.

Spring
The exchange programme is made up of two courses:
- IDR424-1 Developing Sport Expertise (15 ECTS)
- IDR426-1 Internship in Sport Science (15 ECTS)
Both of these courses are also available to take individually.
Autumn

Admissions
This exchange course is aimed at students with a sports education background. However, other students may apply and will be offered places depending on availability.
Admission requirements
Applicants should have a completed BSc degree in Sports Science, Exercise Science, Human Movement Science, or a related program.
Normally, students will be currently enrolled in a MSc program in a similar field, but it is possible to take this course after completion of the BSc but before entry into a MSc program.
How to apply
The student should be in correspondence with a researcher in the Department of Sport Science and Physical Education, University of Agder, and receive written confirmation of their willingness to serve as an advisor during the internship semester.
