Areas of responsibility
I am a part of UiA CoLAB. Much of what I do relates to connecting our students and employees with partners in the Agder region - such as municipalities, industry, and NGOs. Most of my time is spent on advising, process facilitation, contributions in various projects, and teaching innovation and entrepreneurship to students.
I have a business degree and international business PhD from the University of Agder.
I am currently on leave from my positions as associate professor at the School of Business and Law, where I also headed Shift entrepreneurship. My research area is entrepreneurship and entrepreneurship education. Through my job at the School of Business and Law I have also been a visiting scholar with COMAS in Tel Aviv, SDSU in San Diego, and American University in Washington DC.
In addition to my job at UiA I am chairman of the board at Bølgen Bærekraftsenter.
