Areas of responsibility
My main responsibility is to assist the university's leadership in internationalization at UiA. In addition, I am the institutional coodinator of the European University Alliance FORTHEM, UiA's portfolio of NORHED projects, the Peder Saethre Centre and the University of the Arctic. I am also responsible for the EEA grant scheme and incoming staff exchange.
I am currently a board member of Junior Achievement Agder and Impact Hub Agder and have previously served on the program committees of TedXArendal and Techpoint Global Impact.

Short biography
I have a background in management as the director of Aftenskolen Agder, have been a project manager at the Confederation of Norwegian Enterprise, an adviser for external financing at the School of Business and Law and international coordinator at UiA (from 2002 - 2012).
I hold a Bachelor of Arts in English with a specialization in Journalism from the University of Delaware and a Master of Management from UiA.
I was born in England, raised in the US and have lived in Norway since 1995. I have also studied in Denmark and worked in Slovakia and Australia.
