Areas of responsibility

I primarily teach within public health nutrition. My research primarily deals with the school subject food and health, which is also my primary focus area within the research group Lifecourse Nutrition. Topics which are of special interest is how the food and health subject in school can be an important arena for health promotion work among children and adolecents, and nutrition policy as such, to promote a healthy diet within the population.

Research

My research is on how to promote a healthy diet in children and young people, with special emphasis on school as an arena. This includes food and health subjects, which has a special focus.
