The new front page shows important messages, for example the status of your semester registration and payments, as well as other important messages about exam dates and other reminders.
My profile: In the upper right-hand corner, you will find “my profile”. This is where you can update general information, such as your home and email address.
My studies: This page provides you with an overview of all the study programs you are tied to at UiA. You will have access to your education plan. When you register for the semester, the courses you see for the current semester will automatically be registered for admission and evaluation. You can edit the registration for courses and exams after completing the semester registration by the deadline (1 September 1 for the fall semester and 1 February for the spring semester).
Active courses: This is where you can sign up for courses you have admission for, but that do not show up in your education plan. NB! The deadline to register for courses is the same as the semester registration deadline: February 1st/September 1st.
My results: This is where you can find the overview for your achieved qualifications and results. It is also where you can order a printout of your grades and see the information UiA reports to Lånekassen.
Document Archive: This is where you can find the overview of the communication from UiA to you (emails and text messages).
Payments: This is where you can find your payment information for the current semester.
Important information about deadlines and registrations
Make sure Studentweb’s front page shows that you are registered for the current semester and that you have paid the semester registration.
If you have not paid the semester registration by the deadline September 1st/February 1st, the registrations for exams will be deleted and you will not be recognized as a student for the semester.
All deadlines are absolute unless there are special reasons to postpone the deadlines. Missing deadlines can have great consequences, e.g. causing delays in your studies.
