Registration for postponed examinations

Postponed examinations in the Spring semester are held at the end of February/beginning of March. In the Autumn semester, the postponed exams are held at the beginning of October (see Academic calendar)

Registration deadlines are 

• September 1st for the autumn semester and 
• February 1st for the spring semester.

Student Web will open for registration on December 10. And June 10. The students have to register for the postponed exams within the deadline.

To have access to a new/postponed exam in a subject, you must have been registered and attended the last ordinary exam or been granted a valid absence. Students with a valid result can access a new/postponed exam if this is arranged.

To arrange a postponed exam, at least one student who failed, submitted a blank, or granted valid absence must be registered for the exam. If no entrant meets these criteria, the exam will be canceled. Students with a valid result from the ordinary exam will be deducted.

All postponed exams will mainly be held with the same form of assessment as the last ordinary exam. There can be exceptions due to practical or professional reasons.
