- Coordinating and administrating everything related to the PhD-programme at the Business School
- Research coordinator at the Business School:
- Supporting researchers in finding sources for funding and coordinating together with the central research administration on support for research proposals.
- Supporting researchers on all things related to research administration
- Supporting the Faculty management on research related policy work
- Secretary for the Research Committee and the PhD committe at the Business School
- Secretary for the Faculty Board
- Health and safety representative
Education:
- Masters degree in Change Management (2013 - 2015) from the University of Stavanger.
- Bachelors degree in Sociology with specialization in HR (2010 - 2013) from University of Stavanger
- One year studies in Communication from UiA (2009 - 2010)
- 30 ECTS in Cultural Psychology and Cross-cultural communications from USN - previously HIT (2009)
Short biography
2018 - 2020: Worked for the The Norwegian Directorate for Children, Youth and Family Affairs as a freelance external assessor of Erasmus+ appplication within Key Action 1.
2015 - 2018: Had a position as a PhD Research Fellow, including administrative work within the department including teaching and being responsible for a course within 'Organizational change', coordinating a research group, planning of seminars and workshops and reporting on project funding. I also supervised master students and held guest lectures at bachelor level.
