Aima Khan is a postdoctoral researcher at the Department of Working Life and Innovation, University of Agder (UiA). She has a doctorate in system dynamics (with focus on corporate finance) from University of Bergen (UiB). She has solid background in the field of Finance (MS in Management Science and MBA with specialization in Finance). She also has some years of teaching experience in accounting and finance.
Aima is working as part of the Dig CBA Project (Responsible use of cash-based assistance) and focusing on developing qualitative (causal loop diagram, CLD) and quantitative system dynamics model along with some other tasks. Her PhD work focused on assessment of corporate finance policies on firm valuation and has published her work in System Dynamics Review, Systems Research and Behvioral Science and Seisence Journal of Management, with couple of others in the publication process in Journal of modelling in management and Systems Research and Behavioral Science.
Aima has also accomplished some publications using econometrics and is continuing to work on this further.
