The Department of Management is a vital part of the School of Business and Law at the University of Agder, and has special responsibility for the subjects strategy, management, ethics and organizational sciences, all of which are important in today’s business life. The department conducts internationally recognized research and projects, and we work closely with local businesses. Strategically, the department collaborates with the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Social Innovation, which is a knowledge hub for research, teaching and co-creation within entrepreneurship and innovation. The department is looking for more partners for co-creation, both researchers and actors from the industry.
