The new Local Government Act has provided a clearer framework and rules, but also a new dynamic between the elected representatives and the municipal director. These are among the findings of a new report from UiA prepared on behalf of the Norwegian Association of Local and Regional Authorities (KS).
Update 5 April: The Government has extended the measures until 12 April, and UiA until Friday 16 April. Students should check changes in lectures on Canvas, and employees will continue working from home.
